Back-up Systems

Our call center is strategically located in a city with a stable and reliable electrical service provision. However, to guarantee even greater efficiency, we have uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS) and a backup electric generator. This allows us to maintain continuous operations even in case of interruptions in the power supply. In addition, to ensure the maximum possible service availability and continuity, we have a double Internet connection using the trunk infrastructure of two different ISP providers.

Standardized Equipment

To provide a quality service, we equip our agents with appropriate PCs and/or terminals, which have English keyboards. This allows agents to have the same key layout and service experience that they would have in a center located in North America. By standardizing equipment configuration, we guarantee a fluid and natural interaction between agents and customers, regardless of their geographical location.

Data Security and Privacy

In our call center, the security and privacy of data are of the utmost importance. We strictly follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act's (HIPAA) best practices for data management. No information is stored locally or outside of our customers' servers. Instead, we work on remote desktops, which allows us to access our customers' systems safely and efficiently, without compromising the integrity of the data.
